See Forward Ukraine Co-Founder Natasha Dukach Joins KPI as Visiting Lecturer in Epidemiology

On May 19, 2025, See Forward Ukraine Co-Founder and CEO Natasha Dukach (Boston University School of Public Health, 2022) will join Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute as a visiting lecturer. She will lead an intensive introductory course in epidemiological data collection, analysis, and risk assessment for students and faculty in the Biomedical Engineering Program.

This collaboration marks an important step toward building long-term, cross-border academic partnerships between Ukrainian and American institutions, facilitated by See Forward Ukraine. (Read more about SFU academic partnerships.)

In her interview, “What Do ALS and War Have in Common?”, Natasha shares how her background in epidemiology—particularly her population-level work during the COVID-19 pandemic—has informed her approach to on-the-ground operations in wartime Ukraine, using data tracking and predictive modeling to deliver rapid, targeted financial aid.
