Natasha Dukach
Executive Director & Co-Founder
Boston, MA, USADuring the COVID-19 pandemic (2020-2022), Natasha worked as an operational analyst in hospital settings and as an experimental data analyst at the Research Science Institute (MIT). She graduated from Boston University School of Public Health with an M.S. degree in population health research/epidemiology.
Natasha is also a professional violinist with a master of music degree in violin performance, orchestra, and music pedagogy from Kharkiv National University of Arts in Ukraine.

Boston, MA, USAKate is constantly motivated by a genuine urge to help others. An MIT graduate, she has had the opportunity to explore various fields, including life sciences, healthcare, and emerging technologies like AR/VR.
Specializing in AI, product design, and development, she finds joy in creating solutions that people love and that make a difference. Her journey focuses on leveraging technology for the greater good, blending her passions with the goal of positively impacting the world. -
Semyon Dukach
Director & Co-Founder
Boston, MA, USASemyon is an entrepreneur and the Managing Partner at One Way Ventures, a VC fund dedicated to backing immigrant entrepreneurs. He has led Techstars in Boston and served as Chairman of NASDAQ:SHSP.
An MIT graduate, he developed an internet payment protocol in '91, has made over 100 angel investments, and is the founder of the Troublemaker Award and the One Way Foundation, started in 2019.
