  • Natasha Dukach

    Co-Founder and CEO

    During the COVID-19 pandemic (2020-2022), Natasha worked as an operational analyst in hospital settings and as an experimental data analyst at the Research Science Institute (MIT). She graduated from Boston University School of Public Health with an M.S. degree in population health research/epidemiology.

    Natasha is also a professional violinist with a master of music degree in violin performance, orchestra, and music pedagogy from Kharkiv National University of Arts in Ukraine.

  • Kate Tyshchenko

    Kate is constantly motivated by a genuine urge to help others. An MIT graduate, she has had the opportunity to explore various fields, including life sciences, healthcare, and emerging technologies like AR/VR.


    Specializing in AI, product design, and development, she finds joy in creating solutions that people love and that make a difference. Her journey focuses on leveraging technology for the greater good, blending her passions with the goal of positively impacting the world.

  • Semyon Dukach

    Semyon is an entrepreneur and the Managing Partner at One Way Ventures, a VC fund dedicated to backing immigrant entrepreneurs. He has led Techstars in Boston and served as Chairman of NASDAQ:SHSP.

    An MIT graduate, he developed an internet payment protocol in '91, has made over 100 angel investments, and is the founder of the Troublemaker Award and the One Way Foundation, started in 2019.

  • Svitlanka Sergiichuk

    Business Developer and Entrepreneur with 10+ years of experience scaling tech businesses globally. Built seven international bizdev units, driving x5 growth in four businesses, securing partnerships with A-brands, and expanding distribution channels across Europe, the UK, the Middle East, China, and the Americas.

    Currently, Svitlanka is the CEO and Co-Founder of Neofin, scaling lending innovations worldwide. In just one year, she expanded the business to seven new countries. A result-driven communicator with a passion for building strong client relationships, leading teams, and hitting goals, she’s always striving for improvement. Off the clock, you’ll find her snowboarding on powdery slopes.

    With an extensive background in auditing and tax, Olena guides clients through the financial and tax implications of complex transactions, ensuring they understand both the big picture and the fine details of their financial landscape.

    With an academic background in Genetics from Tufts University and over a decade of research experience, Lena combines scientific expertise with a deep-seated commitment to helping others—a cornerstone of her compassionate and inspiring nature.

    Natalya is the driving force behind our processes. With over 20 years of experience in marketing, Natalia has worked with both international and Ukrainian companies. Throughout her career, she has successfully implemented more than 250 vibrant and impactful projects - ranging from campaigns for global brands to large-scale initiatives for a Ukrainian telecom operator.

    For Natalya, it’s essential that every project sparks joy, brings people together, and opens new opportunities. Her approach is rooted in humanity, trust, and shared success.
