Eligibility requirements

Who can apply

  • Ukrainian women born between 2002 and 2007 (inclusive)

  • Able to travel to Zakarpattia for the in-person portion of the program

  • Must have lived in Ukraine for the past six months

  • Able to stay in Ukraine for at least four months during the follow-up period (September to December 2026)

What you will need when you apply

  • A valid ID showing your date of birth

  • One or two signed reference letters confirming volunteer or community involvement

  • Proof of residence in Ukraine, such as documentation of residence in an occupied area or a formerly occupied (liberated) area, or official internally displaced person (IDP) status

  • A completed application form (available when applications open)
