Leader’s Code

Leader’s Code is a youth-focused leadership project created by Anna Zinenko, Maryna Skriabina, Lubov Krotova, and Polina Ovdak. Their mission is simple and empowering: show teenagers that leadership isn’t about titles. It’s a way of thinking, taking responsibility, and supporting others in everyday life. Through interactive formats like offline and online lectures, workshops, and speaking clubs, the team helps teens explore what leadership looks like at school (formal and informal), practice decision-making, and grow confidence step by step.
